1: Return Policy on Sustainable LED Lights, Clocks and Bluetooth Speakers;

1.0 For any potentially faulty items, we do require a description of the fault, image or video to be supplied where applicable.

1.1 If the item is deemed potentially faulty, we will request for you to return the item to us and a full refund will be issued.

1.2 All our Gingko Design products come with Manufacture 12 Month Warranty.

1.3 If you changed your mind or think the goods are not suitable, you can return it back to us within 14 days and ask for a full refund, at your own cost.

1.4 If the goods are found to be faulty within 30 days, you may return it to us within 30 days and ask for a full refund or a brand new replacement.

1.5  The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 48 hours of delivery if the Goods are transit damaged. Goods that are defective or do not comply with any part of the Contract, must be reported to the Seller within 7 days of delivery.

1.6  Where a claim of defect or damage is made then it shall be the responsibility of the Seller to collect the faulty Goods and the Buyer shall be entitled to replacement Goods or a full refund (including delivery costs, if applicable).

1.7 Goods to be returned must be fully re-packaged and sealed in the original packaging format with filled in return form provided by the Seller.

1.8  All return requests must be approved prior to the item being returned. Please contact us at sales@evonestic.com with a description of your return enquiry, and we’ll send you instructions for your return.

2: Return Policy on Minimalist Kitchenware, Boho Cushions and Scandinavian Interior design products;

2.0  You have the right to return and change the items, except any item that has been damaged due to incorrect user operation.

2.1 Please contact us with a description of the damages including images where applicable, before we consider return of your item.

In all cases, if you are unhappy with the quality of the products you have received, we will provide you with full refund, once the item has been returned back to us.
